[Ibergrid-support] [IBERGRID-SUPPORT #558] access to ibercloud

Hi Enol,

Thank you for your answer. I am using the email as user and the same
password than I use to log in my profile. I guess that I am using the right
ones because I can see me profile. am I right? However, I still get errors.

If I try to connect selecting IFCA, I get the following error: An error
occurred authenticating. Please try again later.
If I try to connect selecting BIFI, I get the following error: Something
went wrong! An unexpected error has occurred. Try refreshing the page. If
that doesn't help, contact your local administrator.

Sometimes, the web page lets me use the Ibergrid certificate, but I click
on cancel and use the user/password credentials. Is this the right way to
go?
