The user already said that the service was OK now so, most
probably, was an issue related to the connectivity problem you
mentioned.<br>

Regarding the ticket, it is just sent via the local RT. As far
as I know, all the communication exchanges is done through
email, and only a restrict set of staff can access the RT
dashboard. <br>
