The Ibergrid certificate is for registering at the other part of the web, it doesn't matter if you cancel or not for entering to the dashboard.<br><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif">

Thank you for your answer. I am using the email as user and the same<br>
password than I use to log in my profile. I guess that I am using the right<br>

If I try to connect selecting IFCA, I get the following error: An error<br>
occurred authenticating. Please try again later.<br>
If I try to connect selecting BIFI, I get the following error: Something<br>
went wrong! An unexpected error has occurred. Try refreshing the page. If<br>
that doesn't help, contact your local administrator.<br>

Sometimes, the web page lets me use the Ibergrid certificate, but I click<br>
on cancel and use the user/password credentials. Is this the right way to<br>
go?<br>
