oops I thought this was possible from the web, but you can download it
using the glance command line tool (apt-get install python-glanceclient in
ubuntu, for other systems if you have python with pip: pip
install python-glanceclient)

The easiest way to configure the client is going to the "access and
security" tab (
https://cloud.ibergrid.eu/horizon/project/access_and_security/) and there
in "API Access" there is a "Donwload OpenStack RC file" that you can source
and will ask for your password so you can use the commands directly.

for example:

$
 glance image-list
+--------------------------------------+----------------------------------------------+-------------+------------------+------------+--------+
| ID | Name
          | Disk Format | Container Format | Size | Status |
+--------------------------------------+----------------------------------------------+-------------+------------------+------------+--------+
| 18d99a06-c3e5-4157-a0e3-37ec34bdfc24 | IFCA Scientific Linux 5.5 JeOS
          | raw | bare | 2147483649 | active |
| 29233856-ed8e-4b61-ac81-898eb5e7c263 | IFCA openSUSE 11.4 JeOS
           | raw | bare | 2147482624 | active |
| 297a097c-88b3-4e53-9a24-132e2bc785b7 | Debian EGI2013 Demo 2
           | raw | bare | 1024000000 | active |
...

for donwloading one image:
glance download <id>

For example:
$ glance image-download e101f3d9-2231-4731-9ca0-802599c9f11e > myimg
