Hi Ruben...

The user already said that the service was OK now so, most probably, was 
an issue related to the connectivity problem you mentioned.

Regarding the ticket, it is just sent via the local RT. As far as I 
know, all the communication exchanges is done through email, and only a 
restrict set of staff can access the RT dashboard.
