Hi Gonçalo,
Neither Jaime nor myself are able to see the ticket . We have no
permissions. Could you allow both of us.
In the meanwhile I have checked the service and I can access without
problems, but we had some connectivity issues this morning . It could be
related to that.
Could you give us access and then we can ask him more questions?
