This is a bad configuration of the UI machine where you are trying to  
issue your proxy.

In the very old versions of the middleware (I do not know which  
version is installed at your UI), this error was generated by the fact  
that the VOMS public keys were not installed, but in the most recent  
versions of the middleware, that is not needed anymore. Nevertheless,  
here is the link to download the VOMS server public keys:

Other possible reason is that you UI as the local time messed up. In  
this case, the admin needs to properly configure ntpd.

In any case, this is nothing that you, as a user, can deal with. You  
should contact the site administrator of that machine and show him  
this error. Case he need assistance, there are always the ibergrid
